We are so pleased to welcome Dr. Thomas Mercier to Peconic Pediatrics in Southold as he spends his last summer with us before retirement. He has big shoes to fill but we will do our best to care for his families after he transitions to full retirement.
A bittersweet farewell to Dawn Dawson as she moves to a long desired position in the pediatric hematology/oncology division at Stony Brook Children’s. We hope our families will not need her services but for those who do, they will be in great hands.
Finally, we are excited to welcome a new pediatrician to Peconic Riverhead and Southold this September. Dr. Sonya Palathumpat is a general pediatrician with fellowship training in sports medicine.
