Congratulations to Joyce Marrone, Peconic Pediatrics’ employee of the month. In honor of Joyce, Peconic will be making a donation to the INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network). Joyce says she chose this organization because she feels it provides emotional support to people who may be down on their luck, or not have an easy life. The INN addresses the issues of hunger and homelessness on Long Island by providing food, shelter, long-term housing, and supportive services in a dignified and respectful manner for those who seek help. Joyce loves that the INN provides somewhere people can go to get a hot meal and know they are not alone. It just so happens that Allied Foundation’s Diaper Bank also provides the INN with diapers for their food pantry.
